Outbreak of COVID-19 has resulted that many countries around the world implemented a package of restrictive measures, such as quarantine, closure and social distance, which in turn resulted that students spent most of their time online, indicating an entire radical change in applying the Higher Education in light of the post-Pandemic consequences. Also, effects of these events may be a strong phenomenon in the Higher Education for the next years (Pelletier, 2021). Such research aims to identify the experiences of virtual education in educational institutions to counter the challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and to identify appearances of the various effects of the Pandemic's consequences on education through analyzing the results and conclusions of research published through the Learn Tech Lib Database, which dealt with virtual education experiences to confront COVID-19 Pandemic. The most important consequences are represented in increasing the digital gab in the Higher Education, some of mental health disorders among some students, such as a lack of sense of community imposed by the Pandemic, lack of technological competencies for a wide sector of the University staff members, difficulties of rapid digital transformation of students imposed by the Pandemic, lack of technical capabilities and weakness of the infrastructure of network systems in some higher education institutions around the world, indicating that educational practices in the Universities are more urgent than ever to create new educational methods online, due to the consequences of COVID-19 Pandemic.
